A bamboo-and-thatch dining hut built out over the water near Sendra, serving whatever the lake produced that morning. Grilled ngamu and pengba, fish chamthong, lake greens and rice, eaten looking straight out at the phumdi rings. Lunch is the sensible booking; sunset dinner needs a torch for the walk back.
